Hi friends. Me santosh I lost lots of things in my life due to stress. Lots of medicine and yoga I used but not fully satisfied. But. One thing urself u can do n be stress free.. I want to share few steps which I follow to be stress free. I feel few n more benefits.
1st of all don’t try to be computer system like multitasking. One finished and start another.
2ndly get a good night’s sleep Approximately 8hrs.
Control your diets system. Time management for foods. Good diagestable food. If possible use fibre in food. After night food take isabgol powder. Maintain food habit.
Daily spent few times with ur best and responsible person. May who love you or your beloved.
Make ur body shaped which make you physicaly and mentally fit.
Daily or always try to do decent – different than u do. And must take a break when u work. And always prepared to fight with all surrounding situation. Which make u strong.
Lastly I advice u friends that try to wake-up early in morning. &&&&& BEWARE FROM NEGATIVE THINKING PEOPLE’S.
