Banana & stomach

Hi. Friends. I want to share my experience about banana. May be as a fruit and use it as vegetables.
As a fruit its best substitute of healthy breakfast and lunch. It’s best fruit and vegetables if u have stomach problem like … decentry and direa. Its contains fiber, antitoxident , C, & all . I am suffering from I.B.S. I always fell fullness and decentry type problem . From last year I am continue to using banana fruit in day time or as a vegetables . I fell lass problem and I never eat overdose always underdose eating of all type of food,  less spice, oil, and faty. O yes bana also contains fat but don’t eat more than 2 or 3. It’s than easy to digest, and healthy . A lots of blog and site available about discussion how much usefull I just want to share my experience.  Contd..more ….
